it valid for all Kailash routes?
Yes, the policy is valid for all Kailash Mansarovar routes, whether overland or helicopter-based, via Nepal or Tibet. • For Indian Nationals, the journey must start and end in India. • For Foreign Nationals, the journey must start and end in Kathmandu, Nepal.
What emergencies are covered?
This policy covers: • Hospitalization for illness and injury • Medical evacuation (air, land, foot), including for AMS • Personal accident (death) • Repatriation of mortal remains • Outpatient treatment • Delay or total loss of checked-in baggage • Loss of passport or international driving license • Personal liability Refer to the policy document for the complete list.
Can I cancel the policy and get a refund?
Yes, refunds are permitted before the policy start date, but only for serious medical or family emergencies. The insured must provide documentation, and approval is subject to ASC360's cancellation policy. No refunds are granted once the policy has started.
Are delays or flight cancellations covered?
No, this policy does not cover any form of trip delay, flight cancellation, or curtailment for weather, personal, or operational reasons.

Yes, as long as the journey follows the required start/end points (India or Kathmandu), and the insured is within the eligible age bracket.
How long is the policy valid?
The policy is valid for the full duration of the Yatra as per the selected travel dates. Ensure your policy begins from the day you depart India or Kathmandu, as applicable.
